Returns
We offer free returns for 7 days of receiving your order including defective or damaged item. Please contact us from our contact form for further assistance.
Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached. In case it's defect, please send an email to mail@wasew-global.com with a picture of the item and its defect.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, branded dust bags and shoe boxes.

Exchange
We offer free Exchange for 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to Exchange an item, Please contact us from our contact form.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange. Due to limited stock, there is no guarantee that your desired item will be available.

Refund
We are only able to accept refund for items that are returned comply with the condition in above.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
