Duites and Taxes are included in the order total. There are no fees to pay when you receive the product.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.

We are happy to ship our great items to USA, UHONG KONG, KOREA. As for the other destinations, please contact us from our contact form for further option.

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email letting you know a tracking number. If you have not received this email please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there, if not please contact us from our contact form. 

WASEW Global Store is not responsible for missing and stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We offer free returns for 7 days of receiving your order. Please read our Return & Exchange policy before making the request.

If your item is damaged or defective, please send an email to mail@wasew-global.com with a picture of the item and its defect.

Once your return is delivered, it typically takes 5-10 business days for our service center to receive and inspect your return. After passing inspection, a refund minus applicable shipping costs (in case it's your reason) will be issued to the original form of payment and you will receive an email confirmation.
